Q1) Can you please introduce yourself as well Income Island ?
My name is Lee, I’m the CEO of Income Island, which is a photo realistic metaverse where you can earn passive Income daily by mining on your own property within the metaverse
On top of the daily rewards from mining within the metaverse, our currency for the metaverse, Income token, earns you 5% bnb rewards
So because the property can only be bought with income tokens, just holding the tokens earns you a good passive income because bnb must be converted to income in order to buy property
Q2) What are the advantages of Your project ?
First if all, we are an actual limited company and all of our staff are doxxed and kyc’d, so you know your investments are safe
Secondly, we are producing the metaverse graphics to the highest standard possible and you don’t see that anywhere else. Our NFT’s are not just flat images, they’re photo realistic models that you can walk around inside and out
Not only can you physically explore them and their value rises constantly, but you can also mine on them for daily rewards as well as making rewards on the actual currency that you hold too
You don’t have to own property to receive rewards on tokens, but if you own both, you earn twice as much and right now, it’s very early on in the project as this is one of our first attempts at marketing, so the project is very new and has not had any marketing done yet
Q3) please tell us about the goal you want to achieve in this year?
At the moment we are working on the mining aspect of the game and then after that, we are going to put up a trade centre for other coins and tokens and then we are looking to integrate our own social media and mini games within the metaverse
We are also putting up a car showroom and shops on the island and we hope to mimic the real world within our metaverse
Q4) Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story behind this? Who are the team behind this project? can tell us their background?
Yes. I started out as an investor in a coin called Marvel. They kept relaunching the coin and couldn’t quite get it right, so I offered to help them. After a while it seemed very obvious, they were more interested in creating lots of pump and dumps and some of the team even ram off with the liquidity and left the community rugged. So I talked my way into taking over the project and I set up a new project called Income Island with all new contracts, wallets and everything new
I made up the team from other investors and a couple of mods who stepped up as admins. The Marvel team were kicked out of everything in the group and we decided to airdrop the Marvel community to save them from being scammed
Then we started working on the metaverse and we honoured the plot sales that were dine by Marvel even though the money had been stolen
So from the start we had 18bnb liquidity and had to airdrop a lot from our own pockets to save people losing out. We worked hard since September and have built it up and made sure the community have made the money back that Marvel had taken. We now have a very grateful and loyal community
We could have gone the easy route and just made it as a new project, but we did what was right and now we uave an incredibly loyal community of diamond holders that know that we are genuinely interested in them making a profit and not just out to take for ourselves. Q5) NFT is one of the hottest and most sought-after topics in the blockchain space right now. Can you share your opinion on NFT with us? Do you think NFT will disrupt the current financial system? What is Your project’s approach to the NFT sector?
It’s a similar concept to bitcoin when it first came out in 2009. It seems like a crazy idea, but might just be the next trillion dollar industry
At income island we think a flat image an NFT is a waste of money when you compare it to a fully explorable 3d model instead. Especially at this stage when we haven’t advertised and they’re very cheap compared to what they will be!

Q6) Almost 3/4 of investors are focused purely on the price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value and health of the project. Could you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?
This is a big problem because of pump and dump culture, people have no patience. But if you look to before this started happening and look at bank interest or regular investing. The I Teresa and passive income were risk free but also very low. We offer risk free interest. It will take around 12-18 months to fully get your money back that you invested on a property, no matter which size and then every year, you will earn around the same amount. This is crazy risk free passive income that you simply won’t get anywhere else. On top if that the reflections just keep coming in in the token, so the more you hold, the more you earn
Sure, you can make money on a pump and dump if you know when to pump and when to dump, but if you want a proper alt coin earning you proper money without the risk then that is what we offer.
Q2) Earning in the game is important, but with me that having fun while earning is also important. To what extent does income island focus on the entertaining aspects of the game? What measures are in place to help make the game suitable for everyone, including non-crypto people?
The metaverse will be constantly upgraded to add extra features and games to keep everyone genuinely entertained whilst in there. This is why it’s being released in phases.we will be adding an actual arcade that you can walk into and play games inside in a later phase as well as social media, an amphitheatre and hidden games around the island. We will also be doing treasure hunt giveaways, quizzes and competitions. This is all penciled in for development
Q3) Many games nowadays charge a high fee to start the game & therefore start with a small player base. Does income island have an entry fee or initial requirement & if so, what is it? Do I need to hold NFT or hold some tokens to enjoy & play income island?
We will Introduce an entrance fee for non property owners of $3.50 once all the games and interactions have been developed. Until then entrance is free for everyone
Q4) Can you list 1-3 killer features of your project that makes it ahead of competitors? What is the competitive advantanges your platform has that you feel most confident about?
The rewards for mining are generous. You will genuinely make a lot of money if you invest in our metaverse, especially at this stage. It’s very very wary and as you know, early investors make the most money
Q5) One of the most common issues is that most investors nowadays are just concerned with short-term gains and do not consider long-term rewards. Is it possible for you to give them some reasons why they should buy and hold #INCOME tokens over time?
The whole project is designed to reward long term holders. Impatient people will lose out on the buy and sell tax and holders will be rewarded from their mistakes. The longer you hold income tokens and/or property, the more money you will make. It’s as simple as that. Plus because the price always goes up when good news is announced, the price is always going up as the metaverse is in constant development and so we are always announcing new features. You’ve heard of ‘buy the news’ we are always releasing news!
Q6) PARTNERSHIP & COLLABORATIONS are the backbone in making every project more widespread. Can you list some of ur partners with us.then you can share with us what your plan is ?

I wanted a metaverse that had the same first letter for both worlds and wallet world didn’t sound as good as Income island
Q7) What is your strongest advantage that you think will make your team leading the market?
We have many. We’re an actual business and we don’t hide ourselves behind made up names, we genuinely care about our community and delivering in our promises and we wi t deliver anything inferior just to make a quick buck. If its not the best, we won’t do it.
Q8) How strong is your team? Many projects starts with good impression and later abandoned the project. What makes your project different than others?
Every single person on the team is 100% committed to the project and very motivated. We are a limited company and many have stopped their regular job to do this instead full time. Me included.

Our biggest focus at the moment is delivering on our promise for a photo realistic metaverse, which has been a huge undertaking, but we’re nearly ready to release the demo
