My name is Nicole and I have been in the blockchain space since 2016 and my most recent job is Head of International Marketing at Tokocrypto – the largest exchange of Indonesia and the company behind TKO token – the 19th project launched on Binance launchpad.
Community power, democracy and transparency ar the key underpinnings of Duelist King. The project aims to transform the way people play, participate and earn by promoting a Win-to-earn system, encouraging users to enjoy and engage in the game and subsequently earn from the game.

If you are a gamer especially a Yu-Gi-Oh gamer you might be able to know the term “Duelist King” coined from duel battles in the game.
The last one standing would be crowned Duelist King – also the most sought after accolade in our game.

Q1) Staking & NFT are hot topics right now, My question is, did you make this project only for the short term because of these hot topics? Do you have a long term plan for this project?
The full vision of our project is free 2 play, play 2 win and win 2 earn. We have spent enough time and efforts in building our game, community and roadmap to make sure that people can enjoy, engage in and earn from the game.
You can also check out our top-notch game play and design. We also offer diverse and transferrable assets within the game such as token, cards and artefacts to make sure people have every reason to stay in the game.
Q2) As a new project in the market,what is your competitive advantages? As an investor,why would we trust to invest with #DuelistKing ? What are the ways to earn in your platform?
We pride ourselves over #Win2Earn advocacy through quality game play and design, in-house fair distribution infrastructure, dual play mode of Free2Play and standard mode to entice newbies and community empowerment through engaging community members in curating and voting for game plays, designs and operations.
Also we offer low transaction fees, opportunity to personalize the deck or game play.
The entry barrier is low enough for everyone to join in.

A couple of ways for you to earn in our game
- Win a game to receive cards or artifacts (Win2Earn)

As i mentioned above about our advantage as the leading NFT card game, we take our pride in our in-house fair distribution infrastructure.

I believe our project is the market leader in many ways with our Win2Earn narrative, our approach with the community and our top-notch in-house infrastructure. This has been cemented by the support of 20+ backers and partners that we have across 10 countries.
Q4) Do you have any Coin Burn / BuyBack systems or any $Token Burn plans to increase the value of Token & attract Investors to invest?
Thanks for that question. For the strategy of token, the coinburn or buyback are the short term for increasing the price of token. So at this moment that is not in our plan.
Our DKT token supply is fixed at 10 million and we do offer more holding pressure for our tokens through staking, rewards for leaderboard club, special privileges such as minting rare NFTs and tiered discount to mystery boxes.
We also run a dual system of in-game points and DKT to avoid token hyper-inflation due to massive in-game activities. Thus you might be able to see how game economics and tokenomics compliment each other and keep the inflation plus holding pressure in check.
Q5) Is the Duelist King specifically for gamers? What about non-gamer users? Can they still generate income even without playing your game? Does holding your tokens provide long-term returns for investors?
We initiated the project around experiences for gamers, hence the deck and game play personalization feature and distinct game designs. Our first NFT offerings of 150,000 NFTs have sold out in less than 45min and our community is still itching for more
However we warmly welcome all newbies and non-gamers. Our free playmode allows anyone to come in and check out our game. Also you can buy and trade your NFTs on OpenSea and Refinable – our preferred marketplace.

Q6) Duelist King has top-notch gameplay, asset designs, and advocate for a sustainable future for Win2Earn. So, can you tell us how Win2Earn works and how it works in your platform? If it’s Win2Earn, do we need money to play or is it free?
I do believe that the game play and game designs are vital for our project to stand out. We are not trying to jam in the P2E space although we do offer a P2E feature. We are investing in Win2Earn – appealing people with our design and game play so they can Enjoy – Engage – Earn instead. Also we do offer lower entry barriers and Free2Play mode for newbies to try out the game.
Its open for everybody. We do have a Free2Play version that allows people to come in, check out the game and get themselves familiarized with the games.
We will do more tutorials for gamers and non-gamers; the NFTs are also tradable on OpenSea and Refinable in case you want to trade and exchange your NFTs. However if you want to enjoy game features and rewards to the fullest, it’s advisable to play our standard mode with 22 cards to start with.
Q7) I think NFT is really popular topic for now, what is your opinion regarding NFT?
I think NFTs is one of the few crypto trends that will be here to stay. We strongly believe that card game come up with multiple deemed NFT assets such as materials, artefacts, weapons, cards, tokens. It does entail the excitement beyond in-game activities for gamers – especially NFT card games can potentially break siloes between games and magnify the value of in-game assets.
This will promise intense users’ experience and extensive freedom for creators, collectors, investors and gamers alike. And this is just the start!
Q8) will you consider opinions, contributions, ideas from your community members?
We are a community driven and focused game. We plan to integrate our community’s approach and idea into every aspect of our game. This is made possible by giving the community the power to vote for their card designs, feedback on the gameplay and introduce game play and designs.
It is an all inclusive game which has something for everyone, be it an investor, collector, creator or a gamer! We wish to see you in the game very soon!
Q9) Are you planning to promote your project in countries / regions where English is not good? Do you have a local community for them to better understand your project?
We plan to integrate local language support in popular countries. As for us, we ourselves are a global team from members all over the globe so we understand the need for localisation. We will have region specific communities soon to onboard anyone who wants to be a part of our community and not limit them by their language. Duelist King aims to be a global project 🙂
