Q1) Can you please introduce yourself as well as Globiance ?

I am German, 41, started as a systems administrator. I founded my first company ServerArena where we rented out game servers to clans before the word “esports” was really known.
Then founded my next company servicing bigger corporations, with CitiBank in Frankfurt being our most important client for 8 years, we handled their 24/7 production&network support.
Then we moved our HQ to Malta and went on servicing banks in 7 European Countries for another 5 years.
In 2018 the idea Globiance was born. With my wife, Irina and our CTO Alex as well as a small crew we founded the project and aimed to build a Fusion of Bank and Cryptocurrency Exchange.

Alex, our CTO is an Infrastructure specialist and has been working for many big banks and other enterprises around the world.
Irina has a background in psychology, and manages as our Chief People Officer our staff and also works with me on the business development and vets new partners and clients. We basically do all big decisions together. Lilit our Chief Compliance Officer headed a compliance department in a big bank before. Philipp our CIO was 20 years IT Operations manager for a European Banking Group.
Georgi was bank or branch director for more than 16 years. Our team has the necessary background to build this group successfully.

GBEX – The Token

Q2) What are the advantages of Your project ?

We were regulated, means licensed from day one. Only fully KYC’ed users can trade on the platform, making it a secure trading place with legal certainty for our clients. We realized from start that this will be the difference in the future to be accepted and able to work with the traditional banking systems or to be outlawed. We decided for legal certainty for our clients.
Apart from crypto exchange licenses we also have financial services licenses in our group which allow us to issue bank accounts and cards to our clients.
Buying and Selling Crypto using an integrated bank account is a much smoother experience and speeds up the settlements.
So GBEX taps into our running platforms. It’s a combination of exchange token as you know it from other big exchanges and reward token. We packed all features in GBEX, and designed the token to be deflationary and automatically rewarding. So you can sit back, relax, and see your GBEX grow.

The newest developments are a new APP which is coming in few weeks, the GlobianceDEX (first DEX based on XDC), and our Staking&Rewards program which is the end of the current development cycle.
The next cycle may contain NFT related services, but we will release more information only when the Staking&Rewards features are finalized.

Q4) Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story?

Globiance as the name promises strived from start to become a global solution.

Next to starting many new platforms we have also launched local community groups to provide better support to our clients

Q1) Globiance Project started and existed since 2018 and the platform are live. But why did you decided to launch $GBEX tokens by this year 2021? Since you just launch your tokens,3 years since you start,what use-cases or utilities of $GBEX tokens you consider is the most important?

We did it actually the other way round compared to most projects. We did not sell tokens in 2018 when we started (although we had the plan – but cancelled it) – we built our platforms first. Expanded our group.
Now is the time to sell a token and be sure we deliver, because we have done that already …. Paying fees on Globiance platforms and in the Crypto Payment Gateway are the daily use cases for GBEX.

Q2) I have read that by the end of September they expect to launch the GBEX v1 App, wonderful, but initially, what features and/or functionalities will this App have, will it be available for phone and computer, if so, on what mobile devices will it be available initially?

GBEX Stats, QuickBuy, Wallet will be available in the first version

The APP will be released on IOS and Android.

Q3) Globiance in its social networks has mentioned that it will launch in the coming months different features such as: APP, DEX, STAKING. So, can you give some details about these features? Have you been able to develop them? Or the community will have to wait a bit longer?

The App will be released in August, the DEX in September, Staking in October and maybe something NFT related in Nov/Dec. But news for this will be released only when Staking&Rewards have been launched.

The DEX will be the first built on XDC means all XDC based tokens can be traded there but we will also look into connecting it to other known protocols to allow Inter-DEX trades.

Q4) What if I want to apply for an account on globiancepay? What are the benefits if I register now?

We are bank + exchange + cards

You have crypto and Fiat wallet accounts in the platform and can also order dedicated IBAN accounts together with cards.

The IBANs that you can order are from us from us or our 30+ banking partners. We provide access to financial services globally through one platform.

Q5) I understand that Globiance merges of a Bank and Crypto Exchange. Why do you want to combine Bank and Crypto Exchange? What do you want to solve the problem in traditional Bank by combining it with Crypto Exchange?

Banks usually have no access to crypto. Many Crypto Exchanges have bad access to Fiat.

Combining both businesses in one is the logical decision to provide seamless integration with traditional as well as future financial systems to all our clients.

Q6) What benefits does your project bring to me? Is there potential? Please give why I should choose your project not in the short term but in the long term?

We designed GBEX for long term value. We have huge burn events scheduled over the next 2 years which will burn 60% of the supply. Supported by the TAX&BURN model which will decrease the supply ongoing.
The currency is deflationary, so likely to raise in value over time.

Q7) Crypto market is in recent bear market and in this scenario it is very hard for investor to trust and invest on any project. How do you see this challenges and why should we invest on your project?

We are not new, we exist since 2018 already. We have passed the startup obstacles and are a growing company, currently expanding worldwide.

In our licensed companies we already hold many more assets for our clients than we could ever generate in a token sales.

The token is not our business model.

We are a running business which added the token as we we see it is the right time and we require it for the platforms.

Q8) What is the role of token in the ecosystem? Where can users currently buy it, and what would be its use?

GBEX is used to pay fees on Globiance Platforms and in the Crypto Payment Gateways.

Q9) Do you have AUDIT certificates, or are you working to AUDIT your project, to make it more secure and reliable?Where can I buy your tokens now, what are your current contracts and how can I buy them and what are the benefits?

Yes, we are working with RUGBUSTERS. Once they have completed the review we will address potential issues and release the contract. Then you will find the audit report on their homepage as well.

Q10) What is your strongest advantage that you think will make your team leading the market? In contrast what is your weakness? How do you plan to overcome it?

Nearly 80% of investors only focus, on short-term token price instead of understanding, the real value of the project. Can you tell us the motivations, and benefits for investors to hold your tokens in the long term?

Our weakness is a smaller client base compared to the leading exchanges by volume as they have started with minimal KYC and we have decided to work only fully KYC/KYB’ed with compliance on banking level. So we grow slower, but steady.

I believe in the long term this becomes our advantage as we will offer security and legal certainty to our users ongoing.
