Q1) Can you introduce Yourself to our community?

I am Jordan Friske, CEO and lead blockchain developer for Landshare. We are hard at work finalizing our product for launch on August 2nd, 2021. Our goal with Landshare is to create accessible real estate investments using blockchain technology and the Binance Smart Chain.

Q2) Can you briefly tell us what is LandShare Project?

Landshare creates an opportunity for all investors, regardless of funds, to benefit from the real estate market. We have created a model which allows investors to profit from rental properties, house flipping, and DeFi features just by staking stablecoins. Real estate has always been a great investment opportunity, and the Binance Smart Chain allows us to bring it to the masses.

Q3) Let’s now talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans?

We managed to secure $300,000 in seed round funding, and added partners such as OIG, seedify, and Superlauncher. Our smart contracts are fully audited and our dApp is in the final stages of testing. Our next milestone is our presale July 21st with Seedify, followed by our IDO on Superlauncher and launch August 2nd.

Q4) Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story behind this? Who are the team behind this project? can tell us their background?

We have a great team consisting of our co-founders, myself and Travis Martin. I handle blockchain development, while Travis handles marketing and outreach. Our web development team includes Sumit Sharma and his team of 15, including full stack developers and UI designers. Our community team does an excellent job answering questions and engaging investors in our Telegram chat. Our partnerships include crypto marketing firms, investment groups, and real estate/tax professionals. Overall, we have all the people needed to have a successful project.

Q5) DeFi is one of the hottest and most sought-after topics in the blockchain space right now. Can you share your opinion on DeFi with us? Do you think DeFi will disrupt the current financial system? What is LandShare’s approach to the DeFi sector?

We believe DeFi has the potential to disrupt all traditional markets, including real estate. That is why we decided to create Landshare – we are applying the power of DeFi to real estate market, offering higher returns, easier access, and mitigated risk when compared to a traditional real estate investment.

Q1) There are some other initiatives like LABS Group in the market. Only difference between Landshare and others is fractionialization ? Wanna hear few words about this from you sir?

What sets Landshare apart from other real estate initiatives on the blockchain is that we offer a full fledged DeFi experience – not just buying assets with crypto. For example, our Property Vault allows investors to earn rental and appreciation yields by simply staking stablecoins with no commitment. By offering additional incentives, including LAND token payouts, we are able to offer investors more. Our governance protocol gives investors control over the platform, including fee structure and fund distribution. Overall, our model is easier to use, more inclusive, does not require KYC, and requires less commitment on the part of investors. Compare this to our competitors, where many of the pitfalls of a traditional investment still exist.

Q2) I understand that LANDSHARE is Bringing Real Estate to the Blockchain. In the traditional real estate market, requires a lot of paperwork and a very stressful process involved. How does Landshare simplify the Real estate investment process using Blockchain?

Our motto with Landshare is “hassle-free alternatives to traditional real estate investments.” We have eliminated the paperwork, tax liability, and risk for investors. We have done this through our Property Vault, which instead of creating a legal obligation to investors, allows them to indirectly participate in the market and still earn the same yields as they would in a more traditional investment model.

Q3) When do you think people or the government will start to accept the ownership of each property through NFTs? If so, for example a non citizenship of a country can own a property of another country?

We are already seeing the option of tokenized real estate ownership take shape. Several countries, and even certain US states, have legalized a model of real estate ownership through tokenized LLCs. One of our upcoming features with Landshare will allow investors from any eligible country to purchase a property share through tokens, constituting legal ownership.

Q4) Real estate is a very profitable form of investment but it can take years and even decades to see results, so how long will we see a return on our Landshare investment?

The benefit of Landshare is that your initial investment requires no commitment, meaning you will start to earn yields immediately. You do not have to wait several years for your investment to be profitable. You can stake as long or as little as you wish, and harvest your rewards at any time.

Q5) I can’t find more information about What APR/APY percentage that will be given to users and investors when they’re staking LAND token on your platform ? Could you please explain to us briefly about that ?

LAND token staking rewards are determined dynamically and are subject to several factors. How it works is that a reward pool will be distributed proportionally to investors each day. The reward pool consists of 1% of all new investments and the daily buyback amount from the Property Vault. So the payout depends on how many new stakers enter the vault and how much money is in the Property Vault on that specific day.

Q6) When it comes to real estate business the most important things comes to my mind is brokerage fee !
Which all seller and buyer regret to do
Can I please know how brokerage fee works in u is it also with u ?,how much u collect per square area
What marketing strategy u have to bring noncrypto user to this
What offer will u give to them?

Very true. Part of what makes our project appealing is that we have eliminated a lot of the fees from the real estate process. Hassle-free is our main goal, and that is why there will be no fee to deposit in the Property Vault.

Q7) What characteristics of Lansdshare make it able to bring the profitable but exclusive real estate market to the masses? Does it make little investment worth it?

Landshare is about being inclusive to all investors, which means that anyone, regardless of how much they have to invest, can earn a share of the profits based on real estate assets. Our Property Vault turns real estate into a liquid asset, granting access to as many investors as possible.

Q8) Landscape claims to bring all the benefits of the real estate business, without all the risks and commitment it implies. How is it possible? How are risks mitigated, and who ensures that the investment grow and get profit?

Risks are mitigated for investors because of how our system works. In a normal real estate investment, investors are buying into a property on a legal basis. So if the property is damaged or depreciates in value, those losses are distributed. With Landshare, the properties are managed privately and separately, meaning risks are not passed to investors.

Q9) Through #Landshare you offer users all the benefits of real estate investment with none of the risk or commitment. What are these risks faced by traditional real estate investments?

There are several risks in a traditional investment, for example damages, depreciation, vacancies, and maintenance. Another big thing is that for smaller investors, the asset becomes a huge commitment, requiring several years to see a profit. With Landshare, investors are protected from these risks and their investment does not require any long term commitment, freeing them to withdraw and take profit any time.

Q10) Are their future plans for someone or a company to have landshare manage their property and in return earn tokens and generate yields with it? Or all properties should be owned by landshare?

Yes, we have a feature we are working on which will allow real estate or retail investors to purchase fractional shares of properties managed but not owned by Landshare. This feature will require investors to hold the LAND token, creating another use case for investors, and also allow the Landshare team to raise additional funds through property management.
