Hello everyone! My name is Aleksei. I’m CEO and cofounder of DeFiPie and also I’m CBDO and CIO of MerchDAO project. I’m software developer since 2013, but from 2018 I’m doing only business related tasks. I’m in crypto since 2016

MerchDAO is DAO organisation with marketplace of NFT-based physical merchandise. But recently we’ve marged with MerchLabs project – B2B laboratory to produce NFT-based merchandise for startups and enterprises:

We’ve worked long time on development.

Q4. Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story behind this? Who are the team behind this project? can tell us their background?
Story behind MerchDAO is pretty simple. We believe that only digital NFT items won’t cost something in future.
That’s why we’ll create physical NFT based merchandise which will be controlled under governance. We have to say a lot of info about team, and we’ll prepare announcement in future about team.
For now I can’t disclosure this info, but I can say that curently we have 7 members in team

Q2) I read MerchDAO takes NFTs to the next level with a marketplace for NFT-verified physical goods. Can you tell us more about this new use case that we will be able to have on MerchDAO? How does this NFT-verified physical goods exactly work? What are the benefits of this use case?
It’s pretty simple. You’ll able to buy NFT, then you’ll receive approved physical item with rights which you can track via blockchain.
Anything, like t-shirts, cups, shoes, real art. You’ll able to choose via our governance platform what exactly to produce with MerchDAO
Q3) I read that the MerchDao team was working on a new version of the website for #MerchDAO. What are some of the new features you will develop for your website and how will this make your project more attractive to users? What updates have you developed for your website?
Yes, you’re right. Now we’re talking about website. Not about e-commerce platform.
We’ll clearly describe all information about project. You see everything in one place and will able to understand all project details without searching white paper.
We’re planning to release new website tomorrow or Friday
Q4) Do you have any plan for burning tokens in the future to reduce the supply of the token and increase its investment attractiveness?
We already burned 10% of total supply and we’re not planning to burn anymore. Simple question and simple answer
Q5 ) You said that On MerchDAO, users decide what should be produced and sold. So what types of goods are included, t-shirts, glasses or something else? Does the user have the right to set the price of the goods? If not, who will decide the pricing of the products?
Types of goods: anything! Unfortunately, users can’t decide price, but they’ll able to receive some fees from selling.
Users don’t know costs of production and shipping, so they can’t decide about price

Yes, you can propose design via our governance platform. And if this design will be accepted, you’ll receive fees from selling this item as well as bonus with our tokens!
Q7) What will you do if the launch of the project fails or is greatly disappointing? For example, if the project does not actually deliver on its promises?
We already passed this stage. Yes, there were a lot of problems and issues. But now everything on track and we’ll deliver everything in time!
Q8) Many cryptocurrencies do not solve any real problems; instead, they exist solely to sell their tokens. What problems do you solve and what solutions do you offer to solve the identified problems?
We’re not solving problems, we’re providing services, which can solve your problems. But you have to take decision of what you need. We’re e-commerce platform with focus on crypto and DAO. But firstly, we’re like Amazon, but smaller 😭

Yes, we have plans and this plans extremely ambitious. Check this announcement, I think you’ll find it interesting
Q10) I think I’ve read something an announcement about the MerchDAO Rebranding? So can you talk a little bit more on this Rebranding that happened days ago? May we know the important reasons of this Rebranding & can you tell us also about #MerchLabs?
First of all, our previous promises have fallen. Secondly, we were merged with another one company – bigger business. And last, MerchDAO focused on retail customers, MerchLabs focused on B2B sector
