Q1. Can you please introduce yourself and what you do?
Sure thing, so I am Sunil Chauhan, Marketing Director for OpenBlox. I have been in the cryptocurrency industry for 4 years. I was mining Bitcoins in 2014. I am an avid gamer and a lover of traditional franchises such as Call of Duty, FIFA and Assassins Creed. I am hugely excited regarding the prospect of the gaming + meeting blockchain. The ability to merge my two favourite industries through the OpenBlox project is truly eye opening and exciting. Its an exciting time to be a builder in this space.
Q2. Can you explain to us in general about Openblox?
So OpenBlox is an EVM-based NFT Gaming Platform focusing on Play and Earn and IP Branding, that leverages one set of Blox NFTs and tokens across all games in the OpenBlox universe.

Q3. What is the different parts of the Openblox ecosystem?
That is a great question!
So at its core, OpenBlox is based on 7,998 genesis blox NFTs, which can breed based on a gene mechanism and be used across all the OpenBlox games.
- RunBlox, a mobile-based fitness game that integrating real movement and NFT, a collection of unique BloxRun NFTs will be airdropped to the Genesis Blox NFT holders – released in Q2 2022 on Avalanche
- RogueBlox, a turn-based Rogue-like PVE card game (reference: Slay the Spire), release in Q3 2022
- ActionBlox, a PVP win to earn MMORPG game (reference: MapleStory) – release in Q1 2023
- LandBlox, a stylish farming play-and-earn game building on the resounding successes of Don’t Starve – release in 2023
Q4. What do you need to start playing in the Openblox #Bloxverse Ecosystem?
Users must hold an NFT in order to play the OpenBlox games. However, We will be launching a free to play mode that will be available for all our games so games will be accessible although with far less rewards available if you do not have the NFT. We want to make gaming accessible for all which is part of our organisations mission and vision for the future.
Q5. Why did you choose Avalanche?
This is the most anticipated question of the day. Avalanche is a platform developed by Ava Labs that allows anybody to easily produce their own multi-functional blockchains and decentralized applications (dApps). RunBlox is launched on Avax and as an EVM Platform, our games will also be accessible on multiple chains.
Avalanche is highly scalable and also built to tackle another major problem facing blockchain-based systems today: interoperability. It achieves this by enabling blockchains both within a subnet and between subnets to communicate with one another, allowing them to complement one another and support cross-chain value transfers.
Avalanche also remarkably inclusive. While many proof of stake (PoS) blockchains only allow a select number of validators to participate in achieving consensus, Avalanche allows anybody staking at least 2,000 AVAX to participate. Avalanche also supports the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), using a different consensus mechanism to secure the network and also supporting cross-chain value transfers without the need for bridges.
OpenBlox is delighted to say it is backed by the Avalanche Ecosystem Fund Blizzard and supported by the official team. We are also part of the Subnet programme where we could use our platform token as gas fee in the future. This is hugely exciting for our ecosystem.

Q6. What do you expect from the upcoming $OBX Launchpad on Bybit ?

In current market conditions, many would say that its a difficult time to be launching a token. However, we sense an opportunity. $OBX is the token that will provide the utility for our entire ecosystem. Therefore, as we release products and have an active and loyal community, it is only right that we launch the first token as part of our dual economy.
We chose the Bybit launchpad because it is accessible for all users, its highly regarded for launching new projects through education and marketing and its users are HODLs who believe in the projects. The Bybit Launchpad presented some good IEO projects including the recent IEO on the Walken project. The Move-to-Earn real world valye works well. Q3. Do you offer any kind of NFT staking so we can get rewards tokens or better NFT?
We do not have staking capabilities available atm but its on our roadmap so look out for further developments in the future.

Q4. The Market is down trend, I Don’t know if it has any effect on The PROJECT?
I will pick 5 now. This is a great question from Romario. The market is in a downward spiral at present but we are extremely bullish. We see blockchain and Move-2-Earn as the future of gaming.
We are spending this time building but such is the power of our community, it would be wrong of us to hold back on our progress so we are releasing our products as and when they are ready in line with market conditions.
We have one of the best crypto communities available and we are delighted to say that they are keeping us powerful right now 🙂

Q6. As a smart investor, I choose a project with promising potential seen from tokenomic, good experienced team, clear roadmap, project that makes sense. My question is do you have all of them, and where can I find details about it?
Thanks for the question Kulsum. We have spent a long time going through our tokenomics model. If you understand crypto, you will know that tokenomics is an ongoing battle and a piece that needs to consistently evolve to drive real traction.

Q7. IS This Your project only for elite investors, how about others with small funds, is it open to everyone?
Our project is for EVERYONE. We want to make it accessible for all users. We are Openblox, one for all. If you have small funds, it will still be worthwhile. As mentioned earlier, we will have the free to play mode as well
Q8. How did you get the community involved in developing the project? and how do you build a strong community to grow globally?
Community is at the core of everything we do. Its a huge part of our growth strategy. We have focus on key local cohorts where we have seen exponential growth such as South East Asia and then we have a macro outlook to take on the world.
The community participate in AMAs, provide feedback and our first testers for everything we want to release. Without the OpenBlox community, we really are nothing!
