Q1) What is paxful goals?
Our co-founders, Ray and Artur, met at a bitcoin meet-up in NYC. The organizers introduced them to each other as they were the tallest guys in the room! They shared a love for bitcoin and its potential to help ordinary people that the traditional finance system doesn’t help.
Ray and Artur knew of a few people who were earning bitcoin by selling gift-cards. That gave them an idea: gift-cards are often used as a means of exchange by people outside of the traditional banking system. Over a weekend they built Paxful as a trading system where people could use gift-cards to buy bitcoin. Gradually other payment methods were introduced to the platform. By watching how people used Paxful and by listening to what they wanted, Ray and Artur found the product market fit within a year and that’s how Paxful grew to being used by over 6 million people around the world.
They believe in the potential of bitcoin to help ordinary people in their daily lives – people who are underserved by banks or even totally excluded. By using bitcoin like a clearing layer or as the means of exchange, we are able to give people access to almost any financial network in the world via Paxful. No-one else does that.
Q2) Paxful allows trading Without confirming an identity ? If the answer is “yes”.What is the upper limit for trading on the Paxful platform without confirming your identity.
To begin with, Paxful allows trading up to $1,000 with your email and mobile number.
Above $1,000 requires you to submit your National ID or Passport for KYC and this allows you to trade up to .$10,000
For unlimited trade volume, you will need to submit your proof of address.
Q3) Why paxful build schools in Africa only?

Q4) What if I was get scamed, what should I do?
Paxful goes above and beyond when it comes to KYC, we use an ID scan and real-time biometric authentication to verify customers. However, if any user, faces a challenge, they can immediately get in touch with a dedicated in- house resolution team who verify the transaction flows and the supporting documents and takes a fair decision to resolve the situation.
Yes Paxful offers a Escrow service on the platform. Our users can check out a seller’s record and the feedback they’ve had from other users. Once a trade starts and bitcoin is held in escrow, the seller cannot cancel the trade; it can only be canceled by the buyer or auto- canceled by the system if the payment is not made by the buyer within the payment window.
Q5) Why does the platform not support the Arabic language, and the Arab KYC ?
As we speak our team is working to deploy Arabic on to the Paxful platform, which will be launched in the next few months and we look forward to welcoming more Arabic users to give you a unique and personalized experience.

Can I still progress with the registration for paxful, what are the limitations?
To register on Paxful you must be 18 years or older. You must have a valid email address. Only personal documents can be used.
