Q1. Can you introduce yourself to our community?
I’m Gareth Bowles, Co-founder of PERI Finance. I was a FX sales manager and currency dealer with 17 years of experience in a broad range of financial sectors including Citibank and LMAX Exchange. I’ve been a blockchain enthusiast since 2016 and keep looking for an innovative solution in the DeFi sector.
Q2. Can you briefly tell us what is PERI ?
PERI Finance is a Polkadot-based innovative synthetic assets trading platform that utilizes blockchain technology to supercharge trades through its protocol.
PERI Finance allows accessing a wide range of both traditional financial and crypto assets in the form of synthetic and leveraged products, NFT assets, perpetual future swap, etc. PERI Finance empowers users with the lower GAS fee, speedy transactions, and ample security from front-running or flash loans.
Q3. Let’s now talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans ?
First of all, we have launched our staking dApp on Ethereum, BSC, and Polygon Mainnets. So PERI Finance is providing a multi-chain network solution to users with high staking APY now.
And we’re now developing an upcoming DEX exchange to trade various kinds of synthetic assets. Since our Dev teams are working on it, we anticipate to launch PERI DEX this November.
Q4. Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story behind this? Who are the team behind this project? can tell us their background ?
PERI Finance team members have lots of experience in the tech, crypto and financial sectors. Our CEO Richard has more than 15 years of developer experience on representative projects including Forex exchange and fin-tech application. Also, I had experienced most of my career in the financial sector, which is director of finance, currency dealer and so on. Users can check our team members list and career on our Linkedin page. As you see those career examples, PERI Finance members have ample experience in various sectors related to DeFi and tech projects.
Q5. NFT is one of the hottest and most sought-after topics in the blockchain space right now. Can you share your opinion on NFT with us? Do you think NFT will disrupt the current financial system? What is PERI’s approach to the NFT sector ?
Sure thing. I also believe that the NFT sector has a lot of potential, so PERI Finance will launch an NFT exhibition hall on the Metaverse platform. We expect that various kinds of NFT projects will be able to collaborate with our platform, and this will expand our ecosystem not only for the NFT sector but also for Metaverse areas.

Q1) I see that PERI platform already implement in Polkadot chain. But I’m curious why your staking system from dApp will be launched on ETH testnet also ETH mainnet. Could you explain why PERI staking dApp is using different chain ETH, than your platform which on Polkadot?
At first, we didn’t implement the platform in the Polkadot yet. PERI Finance will launch DEX on the Polkadot Parachain(we expect that it will be launched on the Moonbeam Parachain). We will realize a cross-chain based platform through integrating Polkadot, and provide a wide range of crypto asset products to users.
Q2) You has plans for almost everything related to a good cryptocurrency project, but I’m curious where that great confidence comes from? Why should an investor trust you?
PERI Finance is a long-term based project. Since we have launched our first staking dApp on three mainnets(ETH, BSC, Polygon), our team keeps getting through to achieve our milestones. If you check our Github, you can notice that our dev team steadily updates the code, and we will realize that goal: make users easier to access financial products. Please give us constant support, and we will make it real.
Q3) Liquidity, Transaction fees and slippage are always the 3 important factors in financial services. How does PERI finance solve the above problem to attract more users? What innovations will it likely make to improve users trading experience?
Transactions on the PERI Finance’s DEX dApp are settled with vAMM(virtual automated market maker). If you see Uniswap, they set the trade price with the market maker based on the liquidity pool. However, PERI Finance’s synthetic assets(Pynths) are the derivatives, not the original assets, they don’t need to add it’s original liquidity on trading pairs. So users don’t need to worry about slippage, liquidity, and transaction fees.
Q4) Leverage trading is as risky as it is a big return, so it can be difficult for novice investors, and do you have any plans to provide a mock investment for these novice investors?
PERI Finance will provide users with an easy-access guide to users. This could be a kind of step-by-step guide with detailed texts, images, and videos. We already have a detailed guide on the staking dApp, and this kind of guide will be published for the upcoming DEX too. I believe these things will be quite helpful to users and to novice investors.

Q6) I read PERI Finance announced a partnership with Oneblockcapital and Moonwhale project. How is Peri Finance in terms of partnerships? what are the benefit the partnership for both of you? do you have plan to add other partner soon?
Partners make our project more robust. We can hold events, another partnership with projects with various partners. Our team members keep contacting with remarkable partners to form an additional partnerships.
Q7) Ambassadors play a very important role in every project, Do you have an ambassador program? If yes, how can I be one ?
We don’t have an ambassadors program to users right now, but we will do in the near future. We know that having ambassadors is crucial for introducing our community to various regions. We will announce this program details to users once it’s confirmed, so please stay tuned for our upcoming updates!
Q8) Truly, you’ve done AMA in many telegram groups, so what next, what other way will you make your project more popular?
The first thing is let users to join our dApps. So we will introduce our information of dApp to users more. In this phase, PERI Finance is only the beginning of the project, and still have so much milestone will achieve in the future. We will keep developing our platform, holding additional events, and participating on various community activities to make our project more popular.
Q9) Can you list 1-3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?
PERI Finance will provide not only the synthetic asset exchange, but also the perpetual futures swap services to users. This means users can leverage synthetic assets up to 20x price.
And we will launch NFT platform on the Metaverse. Projects and artists will be able to exhibit their artworks on our metaverse platform, and enhance their awareness.
