Q1. Can you introduce yourself to our community?
So I am Leonid- marketing manager at Rare Earth Opportunity fund.
RARX : Rare Earth Opportunity Fund, World’s first cryptocurrency-based fund. Focussed purely on the huge opportunity provided by Rare Earth Elements. EXACTLY, it was a brand new idea of introducing a new crypto project. we hear every day that how crypto mining is harmful for the environment, we have adapted the most ecofriendly way of mining RARX crypto, moreover, we are also investing in improving the livelihoods of mining communities and help in their upliftment in society. We will also be working on minimizing the environmental impact of Rare Earth Mining and Refining. This is something that’s very close to our hearts and we have been passionate about for close to a decade… trying to find the right time and method to enter this untapped industry. When you are passionate about something and that market is also going through a strong desire of change and need of alternatives..then growth comes automatically. We’re also in touch with quite a few mining companies and are in final discussions with them for investment and custom ERP built for RARX…so things are pretty far ahead and as soon as the first quarterly profits come we will become one of the biggest coins. Buybacks will also happen..just like a listed entity on wall street…but it will be based on community feedback. If the community wants a steady dividend flow then that will be maintained; if the larger community wants to increase prices fast through buybacks then we will use buybacks. Marketing is a central element for every project so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieving the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investors to your platform and keep them long-term. We built De-Fi aka Decentralized Finance Fund, focusing on harnessing the potential of the Rare Earth Element’s market.

Some of us were working with companies using rare earth elements and some are technology guys
When the Japan and china incident occurred in 2010 over senkaku islands and Japan had to bend over backward to ensure supply of rare earth elements…I had made up a mind to find and meet like-minded people who are excited about these elements
Then when US-China trade war happened
And rare earth elements came to forefront in that also…we were already thinking of ways to crack the market
And this trade war gave us that crack….every country wanted an alternative supplier and are willing to pay over and above the market price for a strategic gain
We who were already connected with a passion for quote some time entered full time to change the world

Q4. DeFi is one of the hottest and most sought-after topics in the blockchain space right now. Can you share your opinion on DeFi with us? Do you think DeFi will disrupt the current financial system? What is RARX’s approach to the DeFi sector?
yes definitely… and thats why so much money is getting pumoed up in the ecosystem after some early resistance.
And yes we are working on the same by focussed
on harnessing the potential of Rare Earth Elements Market.
De-Fi will be the backbone for using this crypto based Fund for three major purposes:
- Exploration of New Mines.
- Set-up New Processing/Refining plants.
- Invest in high quality but distressed Mining/Refining Companies working in the area of Rare Earth Elements.
So yeah… Defi is here and will disrupt the market in coming time.

Q1. What is your most important next priority according to the project roadmap? Is the team equipped with sufficient funds and community to meet that goal? What is your next goal?
so let me answer in two parts
es, We’ve sufficient funds to take it to operational level and generate income
The profit will come from investments, mining and refining of rare earth elements
Rare earth elements is currently a $25 billion industry and an industry which is actively looking for alternative supplies to de risk and as a strategic goal
The industry operates at EBIT margins of around 30-35% and PE ratios of over 400
So profits for each token holder will come from the on ground operations.

Q3. It is not everyday that we see crypto projects combines Earth’s metals, elements and mining with blockchain technology and DeFi. When you were developing Rarx, what were the biggest and significant challenges have you faced? Were there bumps you encountered along the way?
To be frank, This project very close to our hearts and we have been passionate about for close to a decade… trying to find the right time and method to enter this untapped industry

Long term vision is really important
We plan to reach 10% of global market share in rare earth elements
And with our ERP adoption and e-commerce platform where other producers can also sell we will be part of over 50% of global market share at atleast one of the touch points
Our main focus for reaching out will be organic as we have full faith in the strength of our project and tie ups with great communities like crytpotitans will go very far in us reaching our goals

Yes.. burning will be done at listing
Buy backs will also happen..just like a listed entity on wall street…but it will be based on community feedback
