Q1. Can you please introduce yourself ?
Yes ofc, I’m a co-founder and the CEO of retreeb.
I lead the company, the sherpa and the ethical awareness of the project.
And of course build the best team around me with people much more intelligent and talented than me 😉
Q2. Can you please introduce Retreeb ?
Ofc but you know, I like begin an AMA with a question.
Did you know that there will be 1093 bn digital transactions in 2023?
All the players (Apple, Facebook, Banks, Visa,etc.) want a piece of the cake 🍰to make more money but nobody wants to change the recipe to put this flow at the service of the major issues of our time. Except retreeb.
Retreeb’is the bridge between the crypto and the mass market.
It is the mass market solution for responsible finance that all citizens are waiting for.
With retreeb we create the missing link in a chain of consumption that wants to be more and more responsible.
Retreeb is not just a payment system, it’s a new model of value redistribution.

Q3. Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story ?
Yes, of course. Retreeb came later. As I said, our project is inspired by the values of Islam. It was originally called DînCorp.
Because Dîn also means, as you know, retribution.
Finally we thought it would be more interesting to embody than to proclaim. And that’s how the name retreeb came about.

Q1. Does Retreeb offer “ethical payment solutions”? Are other payment systems unethical? What sets Retreeb apart from other platforms and what are its most unique features?
You know, unlike Stripe and Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex do not charge the merchant directly, the banks do.
We are promoting a new model that disintermediates the banks by tokenising the transaction from the consumer to the merchant.
You know, I’ve been watching Defi emerge for 3 years and the payment industry for as many years and there is nothing like retreeb.
Our business model and governance rules are unique.
The main difference between retreeb and all its competitors is our business model.
As explained, we redistribute 33% of the transaction fees we take from merchants.
If I must resume the project in few words :
🔹Retreeb is a mobile payment system easy to use, witch desintermediates the middle-man in the payment (the bank).
🔹Retreeb is a consumer-to-business payment method with no gas fee for the consumer.
🔹We build it on fantom blockchain, this sector by bringing the promise of 0% fees for consumers (& NGO & associations)… but not for the merchants!
🔹Unlike the main competitors (PayPal, stripe, Visa & co) who apply variable fixed fees to merchants, with retreeb merchants will never have fixed fees and the variable fees will be lower.
🔹On each transaction we will finance social and environmental projects and … the token holders (1st) and the consumer (2nd) chooses which project directly on his wallet among a selection.
The token treeb holders will be involved in the decentralised early project selection process.
Q2. what is the revolutionery side of retreeb? You are talking about the ethical payment solution but what is the behind of the idea? As an investor and a customer, what are the benifits for Retreeb users?
You know, with retreeb we have 2 main ambitions.
1st – Payment is the primary act of our relationship to the economy.
It concerns the poor and the rich. I want this gesture which is at the root of financial flows to become a responsible and sustainable act.
Not bullshit as the mainstream industry sells it to us.
I want us to harness the flow of money to fund our social issues. You konw when the industrials can’t or don’t want change. You must create your own solution. And retreeb is a solution.
2nd I want the crypto to become invisible to my parents.
I want it to be integrated, adapted to the uses of the greatest number.
Retreeb is a bridge between the crypto world and mainstream payment. Everybody wants internet on their phone and 4 or 5G, nobody wants to understand how it works. We are developing a mass market solution.
So, exceptionally i can disclose and share with you the new consumer wallet Design 🙊
Q3. (U)TREEB is a utility and governance asset for the Retreeb community. Can you explain the Retreeb ecosystem “governance model”?
Who is responsible for managing the system, what is required to qualify for authorization? On what types of decisions they can choose about the project
This is a very good question because it directly concerns $Treeb token holders.
When retreeb becomes a mainstream alternative to the conventional payment system, the funding we provide to CSR projects will become more and more important.
We plan to fund multiple projects in the next 5 years to the total amount of 70M€. This is a large amount and subject to the risk of corruption in a centralized institution.
And to say that I will still be the head of retreeb in 5 years to guarantee our course of action at 100% is to play the medium.
This is why we have decided to decentralize this process as soon as possible and give token holders a right of governance in the selection process of projects to be financed upstream of the choice of final users.
For this we will develop a CSR Launchpad, where token holders will be invited to participate regularly in the voting process by delegating their tokens in a smartcontract and voting for the projects of their choice themselves submitted by NGOs, associations or local authorities.
In return for this delegation the token holders will receive rewards. It is a bit like participating in a decentralized board of administrators 😎
The projects selected in this way will then be proposed for financing on the wallet of the final users (you, me my parents, token holders or any users).

The success of any project depends on the ability of the team to produce and deliver.
The success of the token is essential for us because we do not want to finance ourselves on the mainstream financial markets.
We therefore link ourselves to our crypto investors with common goals. Each of these points is essential and that’s why we recruit and will continue to recruit the best people to complete these missions.
As explained previously, my role is to find the talents that work for each of these goals and to make them work together in the same way.
Q5. I recently heard of a strategic partnership with SpookySwap. Could you tell me about this strategic partnership and the staking program you are developing? From an incumbent’s point of view, how beneficial will this staking program be?
indeed we are very close to the spooky swap teams.
It is the 9th DEX in the world in volume and the 1st in the Fantom system.
Immediately after the listing we launched a farming program with spooky. Currently i think the APR is 141%. You Stake $TREEB and $FTM to earn LP $BOO.
It’s a major step before our own staking program, it will launched in fews weeks. 🚀

Q6: Most investors focus only on the short-term price of the token instead of the actual value of the project. So what are the benefits for long-term investors in project?
This is unfortunately true, and I would add that they don’t know enough about the projects. 😒
But let me tell you a story.
I come from the same town as Jordan Gustav one of the co-founders of AAVE and his father is a good friend of mine. Everyone here know about AAVE.
I invested in LEND (ex AAVE) early on when it was only worth a few cents.
and I could say the same for eGLD (elrond) when my friend Owen (powerhasheur) told me about it.
He who is short sighted gets short profits. 😉

Q10.Your Project available for the global people or It’s limited for some area ? If it’s globally available are you guies planing to introduce it globally ?
Our project is global. We will necessarily start with certain areas like Europe because we come from here but we are looking to quickly deploy in the Middle East and Asia, then in Asia.
We will also develop white label wallet partnerships to accelerate deployment in certain areas.
Q11.Retreeb shares a third of its network fees to finance social projects. What are the social projects that the Retreeb team has in place to drive this solidarity model? One third of the fees is really a good amount, but can it be increased in the future if the community so decides?
33% is a good distribution of value/ 33% for capital, 33% for investment and 33% for others and the planet.
As explained there are 2 levels of project selection. The first one is the token holders who choose projects in the CSR launchpad. They are rewarded for this.
The second is the final users who choose from this selection the project they want to see funded by retreeb.
these projects are carried out by NGOs, associations and cities or regions.
