Transient AMA

we hosted an amazing AMA with Transient on the 30th September

And here we will put some of the best questions:

Q1. Can you please introduce yourselves as well as Transient ?

Beau : Sure – my background is running large scale technology projects and platforms at multinational companies in the ecommerce space, particularly in online gambling (at the biggest in the world), banking/finance and insurance.

zani : I’ve been a long time investor in crypto and the idea spawned from my co-founder trying to bring smart contract adoption into the real-world – the idea was centred around crypto use cases. With my experience in these corporations and being inside these strategies, I saw an untapped opportunity to not only alleviate the need to be a solidity dev, but also extend into the commercial and enterprise space.

I’m a marketing specialist with ~10 years of experience in the area, and have worked for worldwide brands into different markets and also top companies inside the crypto world. Just made the move across to Transient from Binance.

Q2. What are the advantages of Your project ?

Beau : Best-in-class user experience, breaking down barriers to adoption by allowing anyone – AND WE MEAN ANYONE – to utilise and share in the wonder of Smart Contracts.

Our designs are consistent with how marketers and back office staff utilise traditional applications and with our ‘choose your own adventure’ creation flow it really couldn’t be easier to be part of the action.

Beyond that, there are two partners (which I cannot wait to name!) operating in the CFD exchange and online gambling business are providing great feedback around how they can leverage Transient in the future – we are not making assumptions, we are getting direct feedback.

Q3 please tell us about the goal you want to achieve in this year

Beau : As you can see on our Medium article that explains in detail our roadmap, we do have lots in line still in 2021. DApps on mainnnet on ETH and HECO-Chain for the upcoming months. And not just that but since we do have plans to expand to other blockchains we are already in talks with Houbi and Binance to make sure the process is as smooth as possible and we can be featured on both ecosystems asap.

And by the way, we are ahead of schedule on our development plans so things can change a little bit on the roadmap – be prepared for a couple of surprises – they might happen.

zani :

Check the image for 2021 here and also our Medium article for further details (https://medium.com/transient-network/tokenomics-roadmap-b7b1a7247ffd)!

Q4. Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story

Beau : Transient resonated with the team given our very first dapp is not only providing the abilty to create smart contracts without needing to know how to code but self-executing and self-terminating – lasting only for a period of time – … or Transient ..and it stuck!

And here we will put best questions from our members and Transient fans:

Q1) Your project looks good but it confuses me that there are so many other good Blockchain project. Why should I pay attention in Your project to give it the importance it deserves? What are your planning to achieve with your project?

Beau : The huge buzz around NFTs directed a lot of non-crypto eyes to the market. Investors from all around started to wonder what was the reason behind the 7 and 8 figure digital arts selling and if they could — in any way — profit from it. The same can be said for the even most recent blockchain gaming explosion. Both blockchain gaming and digital art became entrances for lot’s of new users to the crypto market.

Transient plans on being the next big thing.

We believe that smart contracts for non-coders with all the real use cases we’re developing is something that will bring new users to the space.

Q2) What I noticed that the partners on your website are only #Omniscia & #GPool. A launchpad and a protocol for auditing. Can you describe how having these two protocols as partners aided in the development of your platform? What exactly do they do? What are the advantages to users?

Beau : First of all we secured our security partner: Omniscia as the team looked for a preferred partner to utilise now and into the future, it was clear that Omniscia’s track record in this space was second to none — servicing over 50 clients, including Fetch.AI (FET), Alliance Block (ALBT), Polkadex (PDEX) and Kusama (KSM) to name a few, the results spoke for themselves and the decision in the end, was a simple one. Security is definitely number one priority in the crypto space.

Adding to that of course, GPool as a launchpad partner – which has been awesome. You don’t want to make your IDO in any launchpad. You want to make sure your investors are as safe as possible and the process is just smooth. That’s why we choose GPool.

And just a nugget here: we do have other partnerships TBA. One of them being a facilitator to integrate off-chain data. Can you guess which one it is?

Q3) Given that always one of the biggest barriers to the crypto space has been the barrier to mass adoption of non-crypto users, what key points will they focus on to break down these barriers and with what strategies and/or tools will they ensure to create accessibility for all?

zani : Taking into account that we are a problem solving disruptive technology, we are 100% aiming for mass adoption.

Of course, it all starts with the crypto community, as any other blockchain project but Transient plan is definitely to expand to retail users and do it through different languages and countries, having influencers and communities across the globe. Therefore, partnerships with big players in different fields is something we are already working on and should be announced as soon as the new dApps come out.

Betting, eSports, Real Estate, Security and the other fields we are looking at all have mass adoption potential.

But to make sure all non-crypto are able to use we have not just the best UI/UX on the market but also we are developing video tutorials on all our dApps to make it easier and more accessible to all users.

You’ll see us being extremely aggressive in this space.

Q4) Where can I currently buy Token?Do you have an ambassador program available? If yes, how can I join it? And may I know what’s the benefit available for the ambassador?

beau : Our IDO whitelisting came live on 29th (yesterday) on GPool Launchpad. That’s where you’ll be able to buy $TSCT tokens. Whitelisting is still live and it’s going to be open until 3rd October. DEX listing will come shortly after but, tbh I wouldn’t miss the IDO opportunity!

zani : Actually not just the ambassador program but we are developing different kinds of strategies to help us engage with KOLs and the community in general. But of course these programs – when good – take time to get to a point where the model is good for both the company and the ambassadors.

Btw, you can find more info on the IDO here:

Q5) Many people want to learn about your project but they have problem with English, so do you plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not good? Do you have a Marketing strategy aimed at developing many different communities??

zani : We have marketing initiatives that are focused on spreading awareness and increasing visibility in different communities across the globe. As previously mentioned we will have different marketing approaches for every dApp we launch, taking into account it’s audience, where in the world it has more penetration, etc.

Pool and eSports for example have totally different marketing plans based on the audience we are targeting and the different barriers to adoption.

Different countries and regions may be the main focus for some dApps and not that much for others. That being said, you can be sure that we understand the markets that we are gonna work with and we know that different strategies are a must if we want to succeed.

Q6) As I understand it, Transient has 2 products: TSC-Core and TSC-Pooling? Who are these applications focused on, for what purpose are they made, what functions do they have, and what are the differences between them? Have they been tested and can they be fully used?

Zani: You’re right, TSC-Core and TSC-Pooling (soon to be renamed to CryptoPool) are both in testnet and are being audited as we speak.

TSC-Core is your go to smart contract management dApp where anyone – even with no dev Skills – can create a smart contract.

TSC-Pooling is a dApp that allows a user to create pools where entrants can predict the price of cryptos at a given point in time – select right and share in winnings.. If you think you know crypto prices this one is for you.

Q7) Currently, Binance smart Chain blockchain trending topic and It’s having high transaction speed and cheap gas fees, Are you planning to Moved other blockchain or launch your mainet in the future?

Beui: Nice question – for TSC-Core which is mainnet we have extended to HECO-chain also – this helps us extend into the Huobi ecosystem.

We are also underway with development for BSC extending into Binance.

Q8) Many new projects initially developed well but were suddenly abandoned. How will you manage your project to get your position on the market and become the best project in the blockchain world?

Beau:We just have a lot of different features and we aim to help not just the retail users but also institutional ones.

By having Core, Pool, eSports and NDA out we are already going to be able to reach many different customers.

This means that we are going to kick things off with a big and reliable user community and then expand to other fields. And btw we are well funded and we have long term development plans.

We ain’t stopping at all.

Q9) Can you explain in simple words “The Amazon of Smart Contracts” this very interesting statement?

Great question also – the tagline has definitely attracted some attention, which is awesome.
On the surface there is the obvious connection with the amazon we know today – the absolute powerhouse it is in the tech space – to say that I would love for Transient to be in the same conversation as amazon is understatement, but the tag-line is more than that.
Our goal at Transient is to give accessibility of smart contracts to anyone, anywhere and anytime. When we started looking at a model that would support this it became clear that our marketplace (built around our foundation product, TSC-Core) would be the entry point for our community to find a dApp that serves their purpose.
When we talk about Transient’s marketplace accessible to all, adding new dApps at pace and expanding at scale – all with no dev skills required at all – the Amazon of Smart Contracts starts to ring true.

Q10) Do you have tutorial videos so we can get to know your project more clearly or do you have a YouTube channel or something? can you share it with us?

Yup! Many tutorials in the making for each dApp that we have. We have a pretty intuitive interface and an easy to use product but since we’re aiming for mass adoption we gotta take into account that there will be non-crypto people joining.
That’s where we need to have all tutorials ready to make the process smoother. You can subscribe to our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLQ-LvB8oU1WLcWkatx49tA) .
And just since your question is video related, I’ll drop one sneak peak of our Core dApp here!

And this was the end of our AMA with Transient.
