My name is Junaid Gulzar, the co-founder and CTO of Windfall Token.
As a blockchain entrepreneur and futurist, I founded my own real estate company called
JG Design and Build in 2018. With a desire to transform the real estate industry, I began
my journey with Windfall in 2021.

which can help reduce the risk of fraud and improve transparency, leading to greater trust
among investors and reduced transaction costs.
Windfall can also help solve the issue of inefficiencies in the real estate investment
process. The involvement of numerous intermediaries such as banks, brokers, and lawyers
can slow down the investment process and add additional costs. Windfall utilizes smart
contracts on the blockchain to automate many aspects of the investment process,
reducing the need for intermediaries and making the process more efficient.
In summary, at Windfall, we believe that the use of blockchain technology in real estate
investment has the potential to solve several key problems in the industry, including
improving transparency, efficiency, and liquidity.

Q3. please tell us about the goal you want to achieve in this year.

At Windfall, we have a plan to grow and scale our web3 real estate platform.
Firstly, we will focus on building a strong and engaged community through social media,
forums, and events. We will also prioritize partnerships with other companies and
government entities to expand our reach. These developments have been carefully
planned to secure a successful token launch, starting with our DEX listing on May 11th on
PancakeSwap.

Windfall can be defined as “a sudden large financial gain or profit, typically as a result of
an inheritance, lottery win, or investment.”
In the context of real estate, a windfall could refer to a sudden increase in property value
or a large profit earned from a real estate transaction.” and while this isn’t the inherent
nature of our brand, there are elements that are true. For instance, our platform and our
story intertwine, as we seek to encourage investors by building investor confidence, with
the ultimate end goal for users to make returns on their properties and asset investment.
After starting a traditional real estate company in 2018, I had pivoted into the crypto, Our CEO Mr. Sajjad Hussain has been an excellent person in supporting the community and developing the project as a whole . Our team is enthusiastic and focused on achieving organisational goals . The impact of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the current financial market is a topic of ongoing discussion and debate. While NFTs have gained significant attention and popularity in recent years, it is still uncertain how they will ultimately shape the financial landscape.
NFTs are unique digital assets that use blockchain technology to establish ownership and provenance. They have primarily been associated with the art and collectibles market, allowing artists and creators to tokenize and sell their work directly to buyers, often through auctions. NFTs have also found use cases in gaming, virtual real estate, and other digital assets.
Well as we are more into Metaverse space, NFT ‘s can be implemented in terms of unique information for a particular real estate investment .

Q6. Language Is A Barrier To Many Crypto Enthusiasts, Well, We All Know Many Projects Supports The English-speaking Community. So, Are You Aiming To Use Local Communities To Raise More Awareness Of Windfall Project Among These People In Different Countries?

At this point in time, we are prepared to enter the UAE market, meaning a majority
of our community will be either foreign investors speaking English or community
members from the MENA region.
We are planning to localise our content, starting with the MENA region later down
the line, so the Arabic speaking communities can engage. We know the UAE, Egypt
and Saudi have massive communities in particular that are well versed in the
intersection between the Metaverse and Real Estate, and we will be looking to
incorporate local communities to raise more awareness in these different areas. As
mentioned prior, we will start in the UAE, expanding to the rest of MENA, with plans
to expand globally in the pipeline.

What are the top priorities and the competitive advantages of your project? What Of advantages and disadvantages do you think you have compared to other similar #windfalltoken? What is the main vision and goal of your project and who are your targeted customers in the market? Personally, I believe the tailored experience we can create for an individual or brand is unlike any other. Not only do we present a decentralized platform that is secure and transparent, but our token will allow users to purchase physical properties, receiving the digital twin as well. We want to transform and disrupt the current real estate industry, by creating a new level of accessibility never seen before. The traditional real estate market is very hard to enter, especially from an investment point of view – our platform will provide investors with the tools and confidence to make informed decisions about their properties, and can additionally develop the property with our services in the Metaverse through VR. Our target consumers are simply individuals looking to try their hand in real estate investment or those who express a keen interest in property in the Metaverse. Additionally, we believe traditional real estate investors will also be interested, alongside brands and companies looking to leverage the Metaverse to create an immersive experience like no other. The only means to buy a service or property from us will be through our token, providing a new level of exclusivity to our offerings.

We can implement them by getting more involved in staking plans , and right off some tokens from the market, increase our liquidity to measure no whale holds more of our tokens . Thus controlling the price manipulations.

Q9. While reading your project, I came across VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE. What are Virtual Real Estate? How can it be real when you said it is Virtual? How valuable is this type of estate and what importance does it offer?

Virtual real estate refers to digital properties or assets that exist within virtual
worlds or online platforms.
While the term “virtual” implies that these properties are not physical, they hold
value and importance within their respective digital environments. Virtual real
estate can include virtual land, buildings, and other digital spaces that people
can buy, sell, and develop.
The importance of virtual real estate lies in its potential for various activities and
opportunities within virtual environments, such as social interactions, gaming
experiences, creative endeavors, and even commerce. It offers a space for users
to express themselves, engage with others, and potentially generate income
through virtual businesses or investments.
However, our platform will offer users the ability to purchase BOTH digital or
physical real estate, using our token – Windfall Token. Our users can get to view
the property in the metaverse .
