Q1. Can you please introduce yourself as well as Worthpad ?
My name is Andy and I am the Chief Product Officer at Worthpad.
Worthpad is a decentralized multi-chain IDO platform that creates infinite wealth for $WORTH investors. Investors who stake $WORTH tokens will automatically earn tokens of projects incubated and accelerated on the Worth IDO Launchpad.

Q3 please tell us about the goal you want to achieve in this year
Our most important goal is to build a very strong and active community of visionaries and supporters. Apart from this, we have our token sale scheduled for October 2021. We will also launch the first version of our multi-chain IDO platform by December 2021. We have a goal to incubate/accelerate 5 extraordinary crypto projects by end of this year. We are in talks with multiple CEXs for listing $WORTH token by the end of the year.
Q4. Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story
Worth + Pad. Worthpad is going to launch your net worth to the moon using the $WORTH rocket.
We were having a coffee in a coffee shop when we saw a young couple fighting. They had borrowed money and invested in a crypto project that failed to take off. They were blaming each other for the fiasco and were very worried about how to pay back the money that they had borrowed.
This led to the genesis of the Worthpad platform. We want to help retail investors build wealth without taking too much risk.
We want people to see their net worth grow by leaps and bounds by investing in the $WORTH token. We envision a society where everybody gets an equal opportunity to build personal wealth and improve their economic condition.

Q1) The problem of a failed project is that they don’t understand the client or target audience. What do you think is the ideal target client or audience for WORTHPAD ?
What is your current project problem that is the main focus?
Let’s start with the second part.
We have been in the Venture Capital space for a long time. We’ve seen it time and again that venture capital investment opportunities have traditionally only been available to the wealthy and well-connected. A layman would never get an opportunity to invest in the seed round of a company like Facebook or Amazon if they were to launch today.
Similarly, only HNIs and well-connected people receive allocations for private/presales of brilliant crypto projects. Average retail investors are often excluded from participating in the early-stage funding of startups, therefore missing out on the potentially unlimited growth opportunities.
Our target audience are people who are visionaries and can understand the value proposition being offered by Worthpad.
We are targeting extra-ordinary individuals who can help us build very strong and active community.
We are looking at people between the age of 20 and 55 who want to build wealth and want to help other people achieve financial freedom.
Q2) Each project has interesting stories before it is created. So can you tell people about the story that gave you the motivation to build and develop a great project like yours?
This project is born out of the inequality that exists between people on the top of the wealth pyramid and the rest of the world. We want to uplift the people at the bottom and the middle of the pyramid. Or you can say that we want to invert the pyramid itself so that a large population is wealthy rather than just a few.
We want to help retail investors get opportunities that would never be available to them otherwise.
Q3) Many projects rug pulled and exit scam recently. Why should investors trust in this your project not to do the same?
The typical lifecycle of a rug-pull project is: Create hype, lunch tokensale and disappear. There is no fundamental problem being solved by the project. Their primary motivation is to collect money.
We are taking pains to build a community driven project.
We want people to evaluate us on the work are doing.

I believe that fake projects can be identified very easily if we take a close look at what they are trying to accomplish.
Q4) Can you please tell us the motivation and benefits for traders/ investors to hold Worthpad token in a long term investment? I’m quite curious about your plans to help drive demand and scarcity for the token in circulation.
$WORTH is a reflection token. There’s a 10% tax on each transaction. 5% goes to the Liquidity Pool and 5% goes to the Worth DVC Fund. Each transaction makes $WORTH more valuable.
Worth DVC Fund is the lead investor that provides investment capital in projects identified by Worth IDO Launchpad for incubation and acceleration. Worth DVC Fund gets project tokens in lieu of investment capital. These tokens are distributed to investors who stake $WORTH tokens after deducting performance fee of the Worth DVC Fund.
Once you understand the blueprint of the Worthpad ecosystem, you will never sell $WORTH tokens.

Q5) Can you explain the Risk Diversification feature of the #worthpad project? How does this feature protect users to save their capital? what mechanism does #worthpad share risk and minimize user lossesa1
Each project that launches through the Worth IDO Launchpad will contribute to Worth Insurance Treasury, providing investors in our community a sense of financial protection against potential project failure.
Every project that uses Worth IDO Launchpad to raise capital will have to buy and lock $WORTH in the Insurance Treasury.
Once all milestones defined by project team are met, funds will be unlocked from the treasury and reimbursed to the project team. $WORTH tokens held in Worth Insurance Treasury will continue to accrue IDO tokens and this will act as the second layer of protection for $WORTH investors.
Worth Insurance Treasury is the most critical risk management feature of the Worthpad platform to safeguard $WORTH investors’ interests. Our Insurance treasury has been established to protect investors of projects that fail as a result of team negligence.
Apart from this, Worth IDO Launchpad will release funds to projects only when they meet the defined milestones. This will make sure that no project team falls behind schedule or misuses the investor funds.
Q6) Investors and holders of $WORTH will have early access and guaranteed allocation to seed rounds, pre-sales and private sales of top-tier cryptocurrency projects incubated and accelerated on the Worthpad platform? The only requirement for VIP access is to be a $WORTH holder?
We are building a platform that is fair and equitable. It is unlike the IDO platforms that are there in existence. There are no tiers that differentiate between different categories of investors.
There are only investors who stake $WORTH and those who don’t.
- Investors who stake $WORTH tokens will get dual benefits. One is that you get tokens of all projects being incubated/accelerated on the Worth IDO Launchpad (Passive Income). If they decide to buy tokens of a particular project, they will get guaranteed allocation at a preferential price (discounted price).
- Investors who don’t stake $WORTH tokens will have to buy the tokens that they are interested in at regular price.
Q7) How profitable is #Worthpad sustain your project? What is your business model? How can you bring mutual benefits for both your investor and your project?
A healthy, positive revenue stream is one of the most critical KPIs for a successful company.
Worthpad’s Revenue Streams are:
- Worthpad makes money from performance fee of Worth DVC Fund and sweat equity received by Worth IDO Launchpad.
- The token farming/staking pools will also generate huge revenue for Worthpad.
- Worth DEX is going to generate a massive revenue stream for Worthpad platform.
Q8) while you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?while you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?
Worthpad is being built as a community driven project. All decision making at Worthpad will be delegated to the Worth DAO in 2 years time. We intend to build a decentralized platform that is managed and run democratically by the community.
Worth Social Reputation Platform will identify the community members who contribute the most to growth of the platform. These community leaders along with $WORTH investors will govern the system through the Worth DAO.
Q9) Almost 80% investors have just focused on price of The token in short term a instead of understanding Is the real value of the project. Can you tell us on motivations and the benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?
Once you understand the blueprint of the Worthpad ecosystem, you will never sell $WORTH tokens.
You will get tokens from all the projects being incubated/accelerated on the Worth IDO Launchpad in proportion of your stake till you continue to stake $WORTH tokens. This is the goose that gives you golden eggs continuously. Why would you sell $WORTH tokens and kill the goose that lays golden eggs?
Each transaction makes $WORTH tokens more valuable.

Q10) How are you planning to assure the value of the token? Do you have plans about a burning process?
No. We won’t burn $WORTH tokens. It’s a futile exercise to create artificial scarcity from a financial perspective. We believe in distributing value to our investors.
For example, let’s suppose Worth DVC Fund has a mandate to invest $2 million in a quarter but is able to do deals worth $1 million. We will distribute the remaining $1 million to investors staking $WORTH tokens. Our goal is to ensure that our investors make money.
