Q1. Can you please introduce yourself as well as YAY GAMES ?
My name is Nikita
I am the business development manager at YAY Games
We are a gaming marketplace platform that introduces multiple games in a decentralized manner.
We use blockchain technology to bridge the gap between games and decentralized finance, bringing the nascent e-sports and blockchain technologies closer to one another.
Q2. Could you give information about your team structure?do you have members with different experiences ?
Yeah we have a super diverse team with different expetiese in various feilds
The team has been advising and helping other reputable crypto projects as well as big traditional corporations and investment banks/hedge funds to develop within the crypto space
The Founders of the project have been involved in crypto since 2011 and in 2013 started developing one of the very first fiat-to-crypto on-ramps with Visa/MC
Our team of developers has extensive blockchain experience and has also completed many succeful ventures in gaming
Q3 please tell us about the goal you want to achieve in this year

We have already launched the first two games which are prediction games where you can speculate on the price of certain cryptocurrencies
this upcoming week we also plan to announce a revolutinary NFT based RPG game where players will be able to earn and trade virtual assets and earn real money

Q4. Every project has a story behind their name, Can you tell us more about the story
YAY was a name that the founders came up with when they were first docussing the idea if getting into DeFI gaming
is it fun and simple therefore simbolizing how easy it is to go onto out platform and start playing

Q1) we are quite familiar with a lot of Gaming Platforms in the market. What make @yayprotocol different from these Platforms and on what factors should me as an investor invest?
Our platform is different because it is honestly the first of its kind
we plan to offer users a WIDE array of games and provide eveything starting from chess to multiplayers action and adventure games
while there are a few blockchain gaming ventures on the market, they only support one or two simular games
Q2) One of the issues that the entire community is concerned about right now is the volatility of the market. So, what benefits will your project bring to society in minimizing the risk from the market?
Great question! We implemented a special investment startegy that makes market conditions nearly irrelevant to our project

he is saying that because we only took money from the right onvestors we cannot be hurt by the market
We have only provided allocation to investors that we decided were useful for us. All of our private round investors are active in the project and are always working to support us .
so even if something in the market changes, there is not dumping because all members involved really care about the project’s success
Q3) reading your web, YAY’s goal is to become the most prominent gaming marketplace in the crypto space. So,I wonder in terms of development and competition,what gamified innovations does YAY have that their current competitors don’t?Do they consider themselves competitors or allies?
We difinetly consider all other gaming companies allies rather than competitors
we are first and foremost a gaming PLATFORM
which means we display many different games and not just our
we would love to persue collaboration with many different gaming companies in the future for their games to be included on our platform
Q4) I’ve read that Yay Games have a new CEO, Nick Epifanov – an experienced business leader. So may I asked what happened to the other CEO? Also can you tell us how he came to YAY Games and how could his technical expertise & leadership skills be a valuable addition to your team?
So Nick is actually the FIRST ever CEO of YAY Games
intitialy the founder of the project was running things
however, after setting up intital processes and attracting enough investment to take off comfortably, he decided to hire someome more expereinced in gaming
Nick has a lot of expereince in traditional gaming and is a co-founder of a multi million dollar publishing company
so he is the best leader to turn YAY into a glabal gaming enterprise
Q5) So how will your project deal with regulatory issues or other constraints in bridging the gap between Cryptocurrencies and real-world businesses? When did you start tokenizing your business, and why did you decide to create YAY Games?
we are in full compliance with all regulations that exist
we have a legal team in London that carefully ananlyzes everything and makes sure nothing goes unnoticed
our business has been tokenized from the start and becasue of the experince of our team, we are very confident in what we are doing
Q6) As of today YAY GAMES runs on the Binance Smart Chain Blockchain, but what long term plans do you have to run on more Blockchains and thus expand your project to other ecosystems or for now this is not paramount for the future development of YAY GAMES?

we are looking at other sidechain networks as well and might announce a partership very soon

Q7) Does #YAYgames have a strategic partnership for game system development? especially with well-known gaming platforms to increase the attraction and attention from non-crypto/blockchain gamers?
Like I said our CEO is very prominent in traditional gaming and has a lot of great connections
he has all sorts of pland for collaborations with traditional publishers to have more games on our platform
so i think you will see us display non crypto games ina decentralized manner at some point for sure
Q8)On your roadmap in Q4.2021 it says “Tournament announcement”. can you explain in more detail to us what do you mean by Tournament ? is this some kind of tournament for gamers who play YAY games? What are the tournament mechanics like?
we are very close to inroducing a number of exciting multiplayer games
and in order to make gaming more fun for our community we want to host some tournaments where players will be able to win $YAY
we thought this would be another fun way to give our gamers a chnace to play and earn
